A lot has been going on this month at Focus, so we thought it was a good idea to share all the latest updates in one place. Let’s dive in!
Recruitment News
First up, please join us in welcoming Ian Chan, who started with us on Monday! Ian is our new Sales Administrator, bridging the gap between Support and Sales, handling Admin/Invoice Queries, shipping and purchasing kits, and so much more. Welcome aboard, Ian! 😊
Also, get ready to meet Moses Henshaw, who will be joining us on September 2nd as an IT Helpdesk Apprentice, working through a Baltic Apprenticeship.
We are still on the lookout for a 2nd Line Engineer. We’ve received more CVs and will move forward as soon as we find the perfect candidate. This person will tackle more onsite work and handle 2nd Line Tickets.
Customers & Onboardings
We are thrilled to onboard PRI Europe Limited as a new customer. PRI is a part of the SAE Group, and Iain Major, who some of you might know from Hush and CMDelta, oversees IT for their UK companies. Robert Jones went onsite for the handover meeting, gathering all essential details from their outgoing IT Team. Rob has meticulously documented everything in Hudu. Agents are now installed across all PCs and Servers in both London and Derby. Server backups will commence on Friday. Fantastic work, Robert!
