Telefonic Customers Join Focus: Embracing New Partnerships

Leading UK business communication specialist, Telefonic, has transferred their VOIP customer account management to Focus, a managed IT business. With over 40 customers, Telefonic has been delivering bespoke communication packages to SMEs for over ten years.

In 2023, Telefonic wanted to take their business in a new direction and sought a service provider who could maintain a seamless transition for their customers while providing continued high levels of support. Focus has been providing a wide range of solutions for its customers for over 20 years, including managed IT support, Microsoft 365, and cyber-security solutions.

Kal Patel, Managing Director of Telefonic, stated, “We wanted to ensure our VOIP customers received no interruption of service or standards, so finding the right provider was key. Focus matched our own high standards and approach to all things VOIP. We know our customers will be in safe hands.”
