Leading UK business communication specialist, Telefonic, has transferred their VOIP customer account management to Focus, a managed IT business. With over 40 customers, Telefonic has been delivering bespoke communication packages to SMEs for over ten years.
In 2023, Telefonic wanted to take their business in a new direction and sought a service provider who could maintain a seamless transition for their customers while providing continued high levels of support. Focus has been providing a wide range of solutions for its customers for over 20 years, including managed IT support, Microsoft 365, and cyber-security solutions.
