During the pandemic, working from home became a necessity. While we had the tools needed to work remotely, we faced communication challenges, especially with inter-team and inter-departmental communication. We wanted a solution that would allow us to communicate effectively and efficiently, just like we would if we were all in the same office. We decided to set up a permanent meeting room within Microsoft Teams, but this limited our ability to make and receive calls while in the meeting. To overcome this, we integrated Zoom, which has improved our inter-company communication.
